This semi-detached residential building in the foothills of Medvednica is organised so as to exploit all the advantages of the location’s natural surroundings and to come as close as possible to the quality of individual living. The garages and storage rooms are placed on the underground level and connected by an internal (heated) link to the residential units above. With its living areas, the ground floor opens and extends onto the outdoor spaces, activating the entire garden level. The bedrooms are organised on the upper floor, where the alternating offset of the terraces creates a wealth of views and privacy for the individual spaces.
