Kapov Architectural Office has been designing and delivering complex architectural projects for nearly 30 years, with offices in Zagreb and Split and projects across Croatia. Through long-term continuity, we have developed a practice focused on projects of higher complexity and responsibility.

Our work is centered on new construction, reconstructions, and comprehensive refurbishments of residential, commercial, hospitality, and public buildings. We approach design as an integrated and controlled process, from initial analysis and concept development through full project documentation, permitting procedures, and professional support during construction.

Our experience is rooted in projects within complex existing contexts, as well as in the design of new buildings with demanding project requirements, where contemporary construction and design technologies are applied through rational, context-specific solutions aligned with functional, technical, and investment objectives.
